Welcome to Smiles by Design, PC, the dental practice of Dr. Eddie Yates! We take great satisfaction in providing gentle care for your dental needs. We are located in the North  Atlanta area, where we see patients from many neighborhoods including: Brookhaven, Morningside, Virginia Highland, Decatur, Grant Park, and Midtown. We appreciate the opportunity to serve our many long term patients and also look forward to welcoming new patients to the practice!

Dr. Yates is a Gentle Dentist skilled in both General and Cosmetic Dentistry. With the help of his team, he provides high quality dental care in a nurturing and relaxed environment. Some of the service Dr. Yates provides include: Dental CrownsDental Implants,  and Chipped Tooth repairs.

We are Preferred Providers for Delta Dental Premier, Cigna Dental PPO (Cigna DPPO), and Humana Dental PPO!!! We accept other PPO dental insurances out of network and will file your dental insurance for you!
